    Another image from Brasil last month. I was laying flat on a grassy field, looking at a few rocks near by a small stream of water. Brasil is very dry this time of the year and the Saffron Finch love bathing. All I had to do was to lay there and wait for them to show up.

    What a pretty and colorful little bird! Looks almost like a store bought parakeet. I like the complimenting background color and the low angle that you took this at.

    I would crop slightly at top, and get rid of the darker blob next to the rock. Otherwise very nice image!

    Love the colors and the BKGR. The redsm & yellows on the head look as if they might benefit from a bit of de-SAT. You might wish to even out the two blobs of color near the front of the rock.
