    Default Caspian Tern

Been ages since I have had anything to post---have not even had the camera out. Hope this is the start of getting out more.
Not much around--but this lone Caspian Tern was flying back and forth along the Union River that runs into Puget Sound.

Hiya Bonnie, after all this time ,are you retired? :)
I think the tern is beautiful, but for the full wing shadow, but we take what we can get.
Can even see a wee bit of details around the eye. IMO, the upturned left wing is a plus

Good to see you back Bonnie! Love the sharpness and the eye contact. Wing position is OK, but the light is a problem. It sure does feel good to get the camera out and take some pictures after a long dry spell! Thanks for posting!
