    Taking in the Everglades with a D2H and 600/4 w 14x. f6.3@1/2500sec, iso 200, exposure comp -1.

    I like the reflection. I would prefer the bird to be facing towards the camera. I would also crop some off the top. Seems a little dark also.

    A little head turn would have made this a super image. I agree with Jody that it's a little dark, and also would crop some off the top as suggested. In addition I would apply some CW rotation. Thanks for posting!

    Yes to too dark, nice reflection, and a very poor head angle that left you with zero chance to see the red iris. Also, the bird is way too far forward in the frame. A HORZ might have let you include more of the trailing wake, but you would have needed to wait for a good head angle.
