This is my favorite lady, Miss Scarlett. Miss Scarlett goes on vacation from time to time in my living room. She was painted with a Nikon D200, using a Nikkor 105mm f/2.8 macro lens, and a 12mm extension tube.

Image solution: focal length @ 105mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / metering mode - combination of in camera matrix metering and a hand held meter on spot, measuring three individual points for smooth light balance. / 1/125sec. - f/2.8 / ISO @ 200 / white balance @ cloudy / color space @ sRGB / exposure comp @ -1.7EV / AF Mode @ manual / lighting solution - no speedlight; used 36" soft box from the top, in combination with two 36" silver umbrellas positioned @ 45 degree angle with two 250 watt strobes powered down to 1/3 and 1/4 lumin burst. / tone comp @ +2 degrees / hue adjustment @ +1 degrees / saturation factor @ -2 degrees /
support platform - tripod assist / cable trigger release.

    Comments greatly appreciated...

Love the composition and the lighting but I think I'm seeing jpeg artifacts all along the petal edge. Did you do a heavy crop?
