    Default Peregrine from the depths

    My last, promise.

Rising from the depths, this guy was in a rocket thermal and went straight up. Then he stuck his tongue out! :D

Shot with Canon MIII, 400 5.6 lens, manual exp at f7.1, 1/1600, ISO 400, on a bushhawk.

    Thanks for looking.

Very cool eye contact, details and BG. I might lighten the shadow of the wing a bit and wish the far wing were higher up.

Oh for a slightly higher far wing position. Another nice one Bill!

Very good image IMO, love the sharpness, eye contact, pose and BG. Ditto what Axel. I do not mind about the far wing position because.

I'd probably place the bird higher in the frame, but this is still another neat Peregrine image you offer us.

IMO this is a wonderful image! I like how you can see all the feathers on the topside vs the belly.
