This is the quintessential duck portrait Krijn! Great low angle, super sharpness, and good exposure of a challenging subject. Your 300 looks like it does quite well with a 2x. Thanks for posting!

    Hi Krjn!

Wow, that eye is amazing!!! Pretty blue water. I'm on my laptop so I can't see the whites ... and see what others say.

Beautiful! What a portrait! You got a wonderful DOF with just enough area in focus. I would be prone to clone out that one stray feather at the top of his head but, other than that, love this image!

Quite perfect. Great job with the EXP. If you twisted my arm, I would wish for a tiny bit more of a head turn towards you.

Really well done Krijn! I love the eye, the detail is outstanding. Good exposure control and I like the placement in the frame.

    Hi Krijn,
Details are great throughout as others mentioned. ........would be happy with a bit more head angle like Artie.........but still would be thrilled with this presentation.

A real beauty, perfect position IMO. It looks like one of those artistic wood decoys. Very good angle, by the way
