    From the Yellowstone trip. This trip gave us many great photo ops. This Bull being one. Wanted to move around for a better BG but was advised by the ranger that I might threaten the Elk so I stayed put. Wouldn't want to get this guy mad.

    So does anyone know why the image wont open????? What did I do wrong?

    I see the picture now...

    It is a nice picture and a very good catch with the toung :D I like the forground but I really would want to have the background in a different way... Like if the high grass was all over the background, if you know what I mean.

    Fine capture of an excellent bull elk. Unfortunate that you couldn't find a better BG (the ranger was full of crap). I just hate when rangers start spouting misinformation. This time of year testosterone levels of bull elk is very low and they are very docile. During the rut in late September and early October thay can be aggressive.
