    Default Highkey experiment...


    Canon 40D, Tokina 100mm f/2.8 Macro @ f/13, 1/10, MLU, Berlebach mini tripod, slight crop, RAW development with Bibble Pro "Fill light" + 1.5
    I didn't intend the picture like this when I took it but the fill flash misfired and I thought it was beyond rescue - well the other pictures with the fill flash turned out the be the goners due to a slight breeze that cooled down the area just moments after I took this image... Please let me know if this image works for you. The subject seem to be a sort of biting horse fly, at least I think it were the same that took their wages in blood from me...

    Hey Karl, good details and I like the high key BG. This would present better with a black border as we lose the edge of the frame.

    I agree with Mike - it would be nice to see a border or frame on this one. Also, I'd even think about upping the contrast even more so the darks go even darker.
