    Default Western Gull

    I believe this is a juvenile Western Gull, but living in New Mexico, juvenile gulls aren't my strong suit. Anyhow, I like the eye in this photo, which was taken on my recent trip to Southern California.



    Canon 1D Mark III, 700mm, f/7.1, 1/1600, ISO 640, +2/3 EC, no flash, hand held
