    The lowly Starling in a ground level bird bath. Look for this pic in upcoming calendar from Wildbird Nov-Dec 2008.

    Bird all fluffed with bright feather points and actually makes this bird look pretty good. Bath usually a good magnet starting in late August into November in this part of the country.

    The "darling starling". Nice pose and sharpness. I might have been tempted to smooth out some of the "light circles" in the BG. Congrats in getting a nice image in the calendar.

    Male starlings actually are quite beautiful!! This is an enjoyable image! I too would have smoothed out the background, however. Congrats on getting this image in the calendar!
