    This is nice Tony. Strangely these are found not far from where I live, yet I haven't yet managed to capture one. :( I wish the bright reflections were not in the foreground, but otherwise it is great. Nice colors on the water.

    I like the soft light and eye contact and this really is an unusual duck. I would sharpen a bit less.

    This is an odd duck (so to speak). I like the pose and head angle. I agree with Axel that it looks a bit oversharpened. The white reflections on the water, especially near the bottom of the frame, really draw my eye. You might consider cropping from the bottom to reduce the white areas and also to position the bird out of the center on the image.

    Good job to capture the typical pose and key features. They are uncommon around here and I can't get within cooee of them.

    Great effort here Tony, no mistaking this bird. Agree that the ripples are distracting and a little off the bottom would help. The ones I see are always to far away.
