    Olympus E3, Zuiko ED300 f2.8, Zuiko 1.4 converter, 425mm focuslength, 1/125sec, F8, ISO200, 0 stop

    I like the pose, details and BG. I would tone down the highlights on the perch and plumage a little bit and apply NR on the BG. A larger image would make it easier to comment. ;)

    This is bordering on perfect. Head angle, pose, perch, BG. Nits mentioned by the others before. Easy fix. Thanks for sharing. :)
