I hope the answer is Québec! Last year we had a Little Blue Heron in Sackville, New Brunswick, and this year I heard of one on the rare bird hotline in Maine. Maybe observations of this spectacular heron are increasing to the north?

Actually, this image was made by my dad during a trip he made to florida. I needed to find the latin name so I could add it to our gallery on www.quennevillephoto.com . Thank you for helping me indentify this bird.

I believe is Egretta caerulea.:)

We had one in Toronto 2 summers ago. He flew by and kept going north.
