    Hey Taylor, this is a different pose than we usually see, and I like it. I like the BG with the orb in the top of the frame highlighting the head.

    Very nice image, my only suggestion would be to do a little selective sharpening on the eye to help define it a little more.

    Agree with Don on a bit of sarpening. Very cool pose and angle.

    Image is a little tight at the bottom also.

    Hi Taylor,

    I like the pose (It looks like he's hanging on for dear life) and the background looks great. Yes, sharpening would help. Were you using a tripod? 1/40 sec at 150mm is pushing handholding territory for me. And I would like to see a little more dof to bring the wings into a bit more focus. Of course moving to f/8 or f/11 would have slowed the shutter speed even more.
