I took this picture during a father-son trip to Bonaventure island. Although the island is best known for its large colony of northern gannets, there are many other birds along the pathways that lead to the rookery. This savannah sparrow allowed me to get quite close and to capture many different poses. However, I like this singing pose best.

Very nice calling pose and eye contact. There seems to be a slight color cast and the image looks a bit too bright on my monitor. I would clone out the spot on the bottom right of the perch.
Wonderful singing pose and sharp. Overall too light. In ten trips up and down that 1.8 mile long trail I did not encounter a single photographable passerine... So you did quite well. Would have wished for either perch rather than the two.

Better, but adding some black to the mid-tones in Selective Color might make it pop even more. On a second look the thorn/small branch poking into the scapulars is mildly distracting.
