Leopard frogs used to be very common here in northern Minnesota when I was growing up. It was not unusual to be able to catch dozens of them in a rather short time. Now, unfortunately, it's almost a treat to see more than one. As my wife and I brought a motorized canoe into a boat landing, this one jumped out and posed for a couple minutes. 40D, 300 f/4 +1.4X, 1/400, f/7.1, ISO 400. I braced the camera on top of the outboard motor. Comments are welcome.

I love the frog, only wish the aater was not so reflective or you had a polarizer to tame it.

Agree with Fabs on polarizer. Very nice details and eye contact. Also like low angle.

Steve, try a curves adjustment - it might tone that water down and leave your image a little cleaner. I love that little frog foot just below the surface!!! You sure nailed his eye on this one...beautifully done!

Nice comp here but as mentioned a polarizer would have worked wonders...
