Very cool pose Raymond. I like the profile landing action. Maybe its just me but I detect a very slight subject motion blur in the eye area - maybe its the catchlight needing some attention.

This is a fine Purple Gallinule image. The body position, BG, wing position, light and details are all first rate.
This is really just a fine point but I cant help but wonder if ISO 400 and 1/2500th @ F4 would have sharpened up the wings more.
