    Default Fawn Bounding through Wildflowers

    Well it seems as Deer are popular here lately, so to keep with the theme an image from late last month. :)



    Nikon D300 ~ Nikkor 300mm F/2.8
    ISO 400 ~ F/7.1 ~ 1/1600 sec ~ - 1/3 EV

    Super cute! I like the running pose and setting and only wish the flowers covering part of the body were not there.

    Although I love the action shot, the DOF and the sharpness of the fawn, the lighting is really killing you here. The deer is overexposed in some places and underexposed in others. You might try converting this to a black & white or sepia image to see if it would tame down that harsh lighting.
