    I shot this handheld in Asheville with my Canon 40D. ISO 800, F 7.1, 1/250 sec, EF 70-300mm, 70mm, No Flash, Pattern Metering, Auto WB, Auto Exposure. I would love to hang this shot, any comments on how to process better are welcome.

    hi richard, love the compo!! great job!! i took it into capture nx and pulled the gradient tool down from the top about halfway then darkened and added just a little contrast. used a color control point on the greens on the bottom and lightened just a tick. it's just a thought. hope you like it!!

    One fine image Richard,
    I like the different tonalities in the sky...it has a good feel to it...:cool:

    Like the reposts better - Lovely colours and scene.
    personal taste would have like dto see the complete tepee and shot from more towards your left
