Looks good Steve. I think these guys look real cute as juves. You brought out some good feather detail especially on the head area. Love the perch. And the BG colours look good. The colours on the chest give a nice colour boost.

I'm away to the set up tomorrow to try the Reds jumping again. To be dull and rainy so gives me a chance to go higher on the ISO

Cheers Will, yes not to shabby for ISO8k.

Good luck for tomorrow, try taking ED off and use a large AF area, pre focus. Set M, good SS ie 1/3200, DoF f/8(?) ETTR as far as you can, minimal clipping, if it’s in the BKG you can recover I’m sure, then forget the ISO number. I’m around tomorrow if you want to call or text, happy shooting. Take a cable release too.

Hi Steve ... nice capture of this youngster , does look interesting with the punky feather look around the head .
Does look good all around with a nice perch and a pleasing BG .

Personally I would reduce the cyans under the orange breast area ...

Interesting to see faintly a feather in the BG ... has the form of the standing out neck feather , you might know how it did get there .

Nice colors and tones , usual high IQ . Well done
