    Default Black-chinned Hummingbird

    Spent a day out at Ash Canyon looking for hummers. It was just packed with hummingbirds. Most I've seen in probably 6-7 years. I clipped a flower near one of the feeders for this image.

    Hi Kurt ... I would say a perfect shot of a Hummer -
    Nice contrasting flower and the Hummer does look very good on the tonal , detail and sharpness front .
    Nice to see a slightly mottled BG .... instead of a too sterile one color BG .
    Oh man would love to shoot Hummers one day ....

    So appealing! Pose, background, flower...all tastefully presented. Perfect techs. I have no doubt the file is tack sharp, but I feel another round of sharpening for web posting would be good. I'd be so happy with this in my files!!
