    Love the low angle and direct stare - pulls us right in! Details are great, but you might back off on the sharpening a tiny bit. The water is super cool as well. I'm not a fan of the pancake crop, but that's mostly personal preference.

    I've only shot at that location once. It's fantastic.

    The water action here is really cool, including the "bubbling" at water surface. Looks like it has a hula hoop hanging from the neck! Ice shawl works too. Good light, excellent low angle. Comp could be tweaked, but still ok. Makes me look forward to the shorebirds!
