    Sharp with a perfect head angle and and a nice background. Looks like he had the tip of his bill in the mud.

    I like it overall, except I seem to feel that it is a bit dark on the face and head? Gotta love that hairdo!

    Super shot, personally I prefer the slightly darker face/head, I think the detail is rendered more discernible.

    Lovely lighting and detail, Kurt. I could see bumping the whites and/or exposure to a bit to make the whites gleam/crack a bit more, but the details as you've presented them are excellent. Yellow around the eye pulls us right in.
