    Captured this image at Rockefellar Wildlife Refuge on the coast of Louisiana. 10 x 8 crop, some branches removed, reds desat of 10.

    Very nice pose, exposure control and BG. I might put the bird a little bit further to the left in the frame, but not much and crop a bit off the top. I would be tempted to clone out the bright spots on the left, if that is something you do.

    The blackbird itself has a very nice pose, good angle to the camera. The perch could be "trimmed" a little bit in Photoshop, and the background could use some help in toning the green a little bit--it's a little light/yellowish for my tastes. Also, watch out for the white highlights coming through the background in a few places. They could easily be quick-masked out (via APTATS)

    Wow, great pose, wonderful BG. I'm wondering if a bit of fill flash would make this look even better.
