Sick Swallow?

This little guy was perched on a branch. I took some pictures and the next day he was still perched on the same branch. Some adult swallows came by and were buzzing him. He did fly off to another tree a few yards away. He just did not seem normal to me. Is this normal behavior?

Hi Paul, this guy looks like a recently fledged young one (see fine streaks on chest, and bill visibly extending to below eye). Probably still nervous about stepping out into the real world and being coaxed by the parents to move on independently :-)

I actually seen this behavior before, where a young one was been push from the handrail of a boardwalk by couple of adults.
