    The over the shoulder pose is fun, but the bird isn't perfectly sharp, particularly on the feet. I would have stopped down to f/8 (and raised ISO to 800) to get more depth of field. As both the bird and background are blue, I think the
    yellow perch demands too much attention. I wonder if you could tones it down a bit to minimize its presence.

    The light is rather harsh, I would be tempted to reduce brightness on the background and re-expose the subject separately. I don't think the Topaz has worked too well on the plumage.
