Great look back this guy gave you Paul!The green BG really sets this off. Really sharp...almost to the point of being a little over sharpened though. Some weird patterns on the left side of the bird. Was there some cloning done?

Those eyes - he doesn't look too happy with you! Love the green water and clean surroundings. Details are excellent, but -- as Kurt mentioned -- you might dial back the sharpening a bit. I can also see the ghostly remnants of cloning
near the bird's lower back. I would have also tried to keep the entire reflection; the cut-off head was a missed opportunity.

Gorgeous bird and water. Love the soft light. I'd lose the bright white spot (feather?) right at the waterline in the middle.
I'd love to have seen this one with a down the barrel stare. At this distance going vertical might have allowed you to see how it looked with the complete reflection.
