    Hello my darlings...;)
Sorry to report that the internet connection is still gravely ill at this end :(:( - do you think that it would be easier to live in a cave....:)? At least I was able to get a few moments this evening to post comments - I really miss talking to you guys every day - you're my new best friends - maybe I should get out more :D:D:D.
Here is another puffin from my first Skomer trip in May.
    Canon 40D 100-400 @ 400mm
    AV F8 1/1250 sec
    ISO 400
    Pattern metering -0.7 exp comp
Cropped to ensure a different kind of puffin experience....

Al, I hope you've found those puffins by now - I'm expecting great things from you, my friend!!!
Best and love to all - here's hoping for a return to the 21st century quite soon:cool:.

Nikki, beautiful image. I like the feather details you've captured here, and the nesting material in his mouth. A little more canvas on the left might work, as Harold said.

I think it is a tad close on the left side of the frame Nicki, but that is a personal opinion. You have done the Puffins up nicely. Please keep posting them.

Hi Nicki - Lovely - nice action - nice BG - very well done - feel its just that bit tight on the left.

Think I might have to go see the Puffins one day - beautiful birds.

As Harold says, you do puffins well. Excellent placement, sharpness and background.
    Congrats Nicki.
