    Shutter : 1/250 sec

    Good work to get the head sharp. I've never tried any thing like this but suspect it's pretty challenging! I think the 3 extra birds divert our attention from the nice effect you achieved on the primary subject.

    Very tricky shot and a pity the other birds weren't in the background. Maybe you got more frames?

    I like it.....The motion blur brings the image 'alive'.....Three good HA's and a nice flight pose....Well done Jon..

    Hi Jon ... you did well for a grab shot .
    The subject looks good with the blur and being sharp in the body .
    I might push the subject a bit more to make it stand out even more , the overall tones can be pushed as well ... lots of space on RHS of the histogram
