From my session with the lorikeets a couple of days ago.
This is a Rainbow Lorikeet letting the Scaly-breasted Lorikeet know who's boss.
This was all over a recently opened Bangalow Palm inflorescence (to the left) that was crowded with Rainbows with Scalys trying to sneak in.

Interesting behavior shot. Nice that both heads are in focus, too bad the branch is in front of the lower bird rather than behind.

What an interaction! It's really cool to see the two species juxtaposed. Exposure, lighting, and detail all look great. You did well getting both faces in focus, but it would be nice to have more of the Scaly's body in focus.

Branch through that bird's head isn't ideal, but it's not a deal breaker here since the interaction, color, and BG are so good.

Great interaction a very unusual looking perch (for me in UK), complimentary background and the birds are sharp. Couldn't ask for more!

This is such a pleasing image, excellent interaction and vivid colours, especially all those greens. Perhaps one of your better images, very nice.
