    This past fall Central Florida was treated with a rare visitor, this bar-tailed godwit. From what I've been able to learn it's only the ninth recorded bird in the state.

    Lovely light and BG, nice to get a rarity. The droplets add context.

    Nicely framed, I would suggest reducing contrast a little, the daks look very dark and some lights perhaps a little bright, both these features are reducing detail definition.

    Yeah, that BG is great! Love the eye contact and lighting. I'd like the far wing to be a bit higher, but the pose is passable as is. I agree with the idea to reduce the contrast as the bird is starting to look a bit crunchy. I'd also try to extract
    more detail from the darks on that top wing.

    looks nice, sharp with good details but getting a bit too much contrasty...dial it back and it is a winner
