black Phoebe in flight, the background was water and the faint spots are reflections on the water

    hope you like it

A1 and 200-600 @600mm handheld ISO-1250 1/3200 sec. the little zoom lens is great for these fast flyers. zooming out allows you to quickly find the bird in the finder then zoom back in and bang!

Very nice dorsal view. Good feather detail everywhere but a small area behind the eye. I always find the blues of water more appealing than sky blue.

Not often we see captures of passerines in flight, so this frame speaks to you skill! Feather detail is great, and the pose is perfect. Love that we can see the lighter edges to the tail. The BG spotting is a bit distracting, but it is what it is and would be a headache to sort out. Excellent overall!

Excellent image of the species in flight, a more interesting BG would be great but a difficult shot to get in any setting...

Details are amazing considering the nature of the shot.
