We've been very blessed having these beautiful birds spend the winter months with us for a number of years in a row now. Such great splashes of yellow colour!

Looks good to me, Dan. Tech spot on, pure background, pleasing composition. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Daniel ... nicely framed image of a very attractive bird .
It does look all around very nice in terms of tone , color , details and a pleasing coomposition.
THe perch does look too thin in the tonal range , personally i would give the perch a bit more " drama " .

    Cool shot and TFS Andreas

Super shot, colours look ideal focus is superb the eye couldn't get much better. I was going to disagree with Andreas over the perch but I tried his suggestion and I feel it works very well indeed, it adds rather than subtracts from the bird presentation.

Yeah, this is great. Bird looks fantastic in the steely surroundings. The twig in front of him isn't ideal, but this looks really natural as captured.

    Daniel, this is nice man.

Really great pose... and yellows in snow are super. Little character in the lichen on the branches helps for sure. I enjoy you always bringing a little color to pop in the bkg, albeit subtle here.
