... was this Lion Lady on something behind me , at least i think .... might have been Anette .
One of the situations with Lions around , that i got out of the car to get this lovely low shooting angle .... always kind of exciting . But as the area was so open .... i felt decently safe . Actually the lady was quite relaxed ....

Andreas this is pure magic, having said that I would definitely lower the highlights a little I feel it definitely adds impact to an already super image.

    Hello Andreas,

I think the lioness was after nice pair of grey socks, Boetie

Great pose and point of view here, love the focused look and tongue visible. Nice framing, not quite in the middle but just a tad off centre, I like it. Colours look good, so do sharpness and detail.

A very attractive image with no distractions, my eyes drawn into the eyes of the lioness... and oh, she is so powerful and beautiful Thank you so much for sharing!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

It works Andreas, love the tongue, but here and being hyper critical, you needed to be absolutely square on, a fraction more to your left.

Thanks Gabriela & Steve for your comments ,much appreciated . Glad you like the image.

@ Steve ... i hear you about the really " bad " position of myself , had too much safety stuff in mind and Anette in my back . She was not sure that i was doing the thing at that point . And one other thing .... the tail should have been flipping in the right spot

    Cheers Andreas
