Great head angle and lovely detail Dorian! Lots of interesting cracks in the bill. Seems like he's lived a long life already. Nice work! No nits from me

Hi Dorian, another cracker! Love the composition and the head position. Background is superb.

Hi Dorian, love the image. What to do when the perch is crappy, go tight, shoot a portrait. Wonderful bird I am not familiar with, so a treat to view. Nice work processing, lovely color palette. Thank you for sharing.

Nothing I love these types of close up shots. Super detail, sharpness, colours & BG. Would you consider removing that darker spot in the eye?

That's a beauty Dorian....Just look at that feather detail....processed perfectly....I really like the well worn bill and the eye lash....Would remove the wee spot below the pupil....

    Good work
