    Default Short-billed Dowitcher

Another frame from Fort de Soto on Sunday. This and its nine companions were the most confiding dowitchers in history. The hardest part
was peeling a bird away from the group and capturing it before it tucked its head under its wing! It was nice to get down and dirty on the
sand after being away from the coast for most of last year.

Dorian, looks really nice from here. Classic walking in the shallows.

The single wake adds a bit to this IMO. Sweet little pop in light off the water.

Looks clean and sharp. Do you have one in a 1900 px version so we can view larger?

Lovely low angle and super sharp. Soft light is superb. One I would be proud to have in my collection

Looking good Dorian.....The low POV makes so much difference...Nice feather detail and I like the puffed up look...Would love have light like that over here...
