    Jon:

Superb timing, the berry seems balanced on the tongue. Well exposed, angle in frame good. I could see tinkering a bit with the crop, but the birds angle and position on the branch does limit the options.

    Cheers

Hi Jon, I assume this is with Pro Capture on, so you have a sequence before, during & after???? Nicely timed as Randy mentioned, as presented I would go 16x10 and loose a bit off the top, doesn't hurt the image. Might brig some more life into the berries??? A small amount of gardening just cleaning up the RH edge and some of the light coloured grey OOF branches could also be done without any detriment to the capture.

Good to revert back to higher SS to avoid the soft images.

Hi Jon, really nice image. Wonderful timing to catch the berry between the tongue and bill. Exposure, color and detail look good. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks everyon, glad you liked it. Steve may have been Procapture I can't remember, the "slow" setting is 20fps I often use that as oppose to ProCapture....but yes a sequence was taken I could foresee the opportunity.

Excellent timing Jon! Love the berry on tongue and the pose of the bird. Nice light and colours too.
