    Hi folks ... very seldom i can get close access to Cormorants , so i took the offered opportunity by this individual .
    Light was very boring but regardless of that fact ... i captured some images .

    Canon R3
    EF 200 - 400 IS L at 560 mm
    HH

    F 5,6 ; Iso 10.000 ; 1/1600 sec

    Processed with Capture One and PSCC 2023 ; slight crop

    Hi Andreas, I like this. Good exposure on the bird despite the lighting conditions. I like the lovely eye and the details and colours on the cormorant. T F S.

    Glad to see he was cooperative, especially with the HA. Pushing the ISO too, a doddle with the R3. Shame about the white backdrop, kind of 50/50.

    Looking real good Andreas....I'm glad you got a good HA...Did you have to wait long... Beautiful detail on the bird and the 'emerald' eye adds a wee colour boost....
