Impressive capture! Head-on is about as hard as it gets! Open beak is great, and the light eyes really crack against the body. Background is what it is; frame lacks punch with color. I might also rethink the crop as there's a ton of empty space as is. This is a tough pose to compose!

Stunning head on shot with the open beak and those eyes ..... gorgeous .
Tones loooking very good and well controlled ... might add a bit more USM to the subject .

Why did you use NR ? No need at these ISO values .... unless you had to lift the exposure in post .
