    I captured this image recently at Ft. DeSoto County Park in Pinellas County, Florida. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon D500
    Nikon 500mm PF, camera and lens supported by a Oben carbon fiber monopod with a Wimberly MonoGimbal head
    1/5000 F/8 Matrix Metering EV 0 ISO 1000 Auto 1 WB, image captured at 500mm (750mm 35mm Equivalent)
    Post processed using Lightroom Classic, Photoshop CC 2023 and Topaz Denoise AI

    Hi Joe, nicely exposed, cool water droplets on the chest, but massively over sharpened with halos around the legs & bill. Perhaps a sliver more above and to the LHS?

    Steve's comments were spot on. Repost is much better, and you've managed to minimize the beak halo (though it's still present weakly). I'd add that it would be nice if you could pull a bit of scaly detail out of the feet. Shadow might be too heavy though.

    That is a particularly pleasing hue of blue back there! Yes to over sharpened OP, and yes to much better repost. I like the water drops on the chest and belly. Good one overall!
