    American wigeon in last light, got this in a slow evening. hope to get more winter ducks later this year

    shot with A1 and 600GM + 2X TC (1200mm) f/8 ISO-1250 1/4000 sec handheld processed with C1P. Hope you like it

    Hey Arash, looking forward to your winter ducks! This one looks great, but I think you hope to get others with less shadowing on the far wing. Terrific BG.

    Ditto Daniel's comments here. Love the overall composition and killer BG. Is the black area closest to the bird's body blocked? I often get images with similar black areas on the wing which I feel are clipped so I'd appreciate your advice here. Cheers.

    they are not blocked on my OLED monitor

    Great pose and light. If Paul is referring to the shadow on the bird's right/far wing, it does not looked blocked to me. I'm not wild bout the extent of that shadow on that wing, but you processed it perfectly. What's up with the bright white spot on the black undertail? I'd clone that out.
