    I was able to take a ton of pics of this anhinga while he/she cleaned up a bit. Let me get rather close on numerous occasions without getting spooked. It was a bit later in the day than I would have liked. I also watched it fish for quite some time. Too bad I wasn't fast enough to catch it when it surfaced with a fish. :(

    Hi Mike,

    I like the pose and details. The harsh light hurts the image and perhaps a little too sharpened.

    Hi Maxis:

    I think what you are seeing is mostly the harsh lighting. I went back and checked -- I hardly sharpened at all. If only it was earlier in the day...

    Like the pose and the head angle but the harsh light and the band of bright BKGR are image wreckers...
