    Hi Jon ... cool subject and nicely executed with the soft bokeh .
    I would make it more " interesting " from my POV by massively darkening the BG and parts of the FG .

    Hi Jonathan,
    Very well done with stacking although the oof bottom part of the log is a little distracting, I thing cropping a little from the bottom can make it better. I think there is enough contrast between the fungus and the background, although it would be interesting to see what it would look like if the background is further darkened as suggested by Andreas.

    Lovely simple composition fugus. Maybe the fungus would stand out more by darkening the background as Andreas suggested but I like it as is also. Thank you for sharing.
