    Default White-capped Albatross

Our tiny boat dropped into a deep trough as the bird went by, but the elevated shooting angle captured some cool clouds in the background.
It looks like one of those fake-*** background swaps which losers use, but this is 100% legit!

    Dorian:

Excellent angle in frame, full downstroke pose, exposure, and of course, great clouds. The shooting angle is somewhat mitigated by the full down wing pose, works for me.

Dorian, this is quite striking man. It really does leap off the page with the lighting and the cloudy backdrop!

Your tones and colors are strong, nicely done. Great eye contact and flight angle.

There are some pretty pronounced halos along the trailing parts (tail and foremost wing) so may want to peek at that. Otherwise, I could see a version with the subject just a bit more right in frame.

All in all, a very strong image and fun to view. TY.

Great overall frame Dorian, the clouds add to an already lovely pose, perfect wings down. I also like the flight angle the bird is taking

Extremely wicked with the perfect downstroke wing position. Where?

Hi Dorian ... a very nice image of this species .
Gonna love the sky and the overall pose of the bird .
Color and tones looking good overall , might try to open up the underwing . Pattern on the upperwing looking very good and very detailed
