    I am unsure of the correct ID but I have a rough idea where it might be taxinomically

    Hi Jon .. does look basically ok to me , but kind of " boring " compared to the other image .
    Too even lit and the subject is not jumping out of the frame ....
    I think with some tonal work you can make the mushroom more prominent , WDYT ?

    For sure matter of taste
