Image taken from a hide .
Had to add a bit of canvas on top , bottom and RHS ....not enough time to remove the TC

Looks good Andreas, colour wise. And it pops. Nice detail in the coat.

Great expression and pose and framing is spot on, lovely work!

    Kind regards,

He looks pretty big and heavy, I am sure he will be a contender this year! The coat is beautifully rendered and the mist in his breath is a really enhancing feature. Very good indeed.

Like the breath, needs a sliver more at the foot.

Great view, Andreas! Breath is really outstanding, and the gentle rim light really adds to the scene. Sure, it could use a bit below room below, but that's far from a deal breaker. Should ripped off the TC!

A shot I always look out for during the rut with the breath really adding to the shot. Would be even more dramatic if taken closer to dawn with the dimmer light but certainly here in the UK you can't always get close to the park deer early enough, may be different in Germany. I keep meaning to get up to Scotland for the really wild ones, but think I'll miss out again this year. Keep em coming

    Mike
