Just too adorable, cannot find the words to say how much I like this. Glad you managed to get him 'in the clear' so to speak...he is so tiny! Here I like the leaves and greenery because they add context. As well as help the viewer get an idea of the size of the subject.
Well exposed with great colours and lovely detail. Nice pose and I like the visible foot. Nice POV as well, don't think you could get any lower than this! Awesome, would not change a thing, thank you for sharing Andreas!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

Surprised to see the hedgehog out in light conditions, ours rarely come much before twilight. IQ looks a bit off, lacks the finer detail in the eye/nose we have seen in previous postings. I assume you have off loaded some lens for this then Andreas?

Thanks Gabriela and Steve for comments , much appreciated .

@ Steve - not sure why , first time for me to find one during day time . I stumbled over him in a the park where the Squirrels are ... maybe he was physically not ok . IQ ... your call , I am ok with it .

No other lens off loaded ... just need a handholdable as I am still fighting with my shoulder . Can't hold the big whites for a very long time

    Cheers Andreas

More than likely, should be getting into the realms of hibernation.

Yep, subject to Mr Canon, everything will soon be going to ALL RF.
