Hi folks ... an older file from Switzerland back in 2019.
Captured this youngster while the herd was moving along the cliffs of the Beatenberg a mountain just above Interlaken .

    Canon EOS 1Dx II
    EF 70 - 200 IS L II at 200 mm
    HH

    F 7,1 ; ISO 6400 ; 1/2000 sec

Processed with Capture One and PSCC 2022 ; slightly cropped .... wish I had more room to the left and less on RHS .

Thanks for watching and commenting to my recent postings

    Cheers Andreas

    Hello Andreas,

I find this frame quite unusual and interesting, maybe it is the POV or combination of colours. You managed to tame the brighter areas well and subject stands out nicely. Lovely pose.
Yes it would have been nice to have more on the LHS and with your PP skills easy to add canvas, if you want to. Lovely detail on the Ibex and also the vegetation on the rocks, good choice of DoF.
Colours look natural. If I were to nit pick I'd say the rock on the RHS is a tad distracting, but that's the only nit I could find
A nice image with lots to look at and I enjoyed viewing. Hope to find a bit of time to process and share something, feeling guilty for being absent for so long.

Hope you have a lovely rest of the week-end, thank you so much for sharing!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

No reservations at all, it looks natural, the colours are spot on! In short I would not change a thing. This is the sort of result I usually expect!
