    Hi folks ... just by pure luck I got this shot , as the Swan became disturbed by a boat on the lake .
    Luckily he started halfway into my direction and the sun angle was kind of ok .....

    The R3 with the 100 - 500 performed very well in terms of AF


    Canon EOS R3
    RF 100 - 500 IS L at 500 mm
    HH

    F 9 ; Iso 1000 ; 1/3200 sec

    Processed with Capture One and PSCC 2022 ; added a bit of canvas all around

    Looking good Andreas, I would be inclined to pull down the brightness on the upper rim of the wings, I don't think there would be much more detail but I think the viewer's eyes would be a little less directed there. I agree focus looks good.

    Thanks Jon ... I think the whites are good , but will give it a try .
