Hi folks ... went again for shooting training with the new light weight lens to my local training ground
Very slow at the moment there ... at least I got something to shoot , was hoping for BIF but all flying birds has been far away or against a ugly BG .
So I just took the options I got ... light was constantly changing from sun to overcast . In this case it was rather flat and dull

    F 10; Iso 1600 ; 1/2500 sec

Processed with DPP 4 and PSCC 2022 ; slight crop to 85 % of FF

Thanks for looking and commenting to my latest thread

Hey lightweight boy, before long Andreas you will be shooting with Olympus, one camera one lens all you need for 95% of your images........ only kidding!
Super shot sharp full of detail and the DOF is just about right, composition just fine - nothing to dislike.

Excellent pose, Andreas. The exposure and details are great, I also appreciate the low low angle. I'm intrigued by the blues and purples in the near wing. I think they add a nice touch of color to the frame.

Nice one, Andreas. Love that colors on the bird, nice feather detail, interesting wing position. Thank you for sharing.

Andreas, echo the positive comments. You made the most of the day with this little cutie.

Sweet details, great job adjusting with the light on exp. Well processed - the rig is humming right now!

Possibly your best avian frame posted here - not an often seen pose, I love this one. A lot tougher to get than most people will realise

Special thanks to you Mike ... glad you like it and think this is my best posted bird image , would have for sure not expected that !!!
Wish I had gone earlier to the location .... but I couldn't due to my shoulder issues . And I actually went only because of the new lens .

    Cheers Andreas
